These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Geneco Cleaning’s services. By booking a service through our website, phone, or other means, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide eco-friendly commercial cleaning services in Ottawa and the surrounding areas. All cleaning is performed using certified, non-toxic, pet-safe products.

2. Booking and Cancellations

– Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or by email.
– Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
– Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours. We will return to fix the issue or issue a refund. (Some conditions apply.)

4. Client Responsibilities

– Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time
– Secure pets and valuable items
– Provide accurate contact information

5. Liability

Geneco Cleaning is not responsible for:
– Pre-existing damage to property
– Items not disclosed as fragile or high-risk
– Cleaning results affected by heavy buildup or damage

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Continued use of our services means you agree to any changes.
